Questions about price and scope
- 1. Is the price written down, and what exactly does it cover? A price without a list of what it includes cannot be compared.
- 2. What is NOT included? The excluded items are usually where the cost grows.
- 3. How are extra requests handled? Ask whether there is a stated cost and whether it is approved before going ahead.
Questions about ownership
- 4. Is the source code handed over? Without it, changing supplier means starting from scratch.
- 5. Are accounts, domain and hosting in your name? For an app, the store account; for a website, domain and hosting.
- 6. Are there third-party licences or services to pay for? Hidden subscriptions change the real cost over time.
Questions about timing and process
- 7. Is the timing written down? "It depends" without a range is not an answer.
- 8. How many revision rounds are included, and how do you follow progress?
Questions about what happens after delivery
- 9. Is there a free fix for defects, and for how long?
- 10. If I want to change supplier, can I do it without obstacles? The answer follows from questions 4 and 5.
Warning signs
- Vague quotes, with no list of what each item includes.
- Code, accounts or domain that stay with the agency.
- Promises of guaranteed results, especially on SEO or advertising.
- No examples or references you can verify.
- Timing given only in words, with no ranges.
How we answer
Our prices are public, starting from €1,350 for a website, €4,500 for an iOS app and €4,200 for an Android app. Every package lists what it includes and what it does not; the source code of apps and websites is handed over to you, the accounts stay in your name and conformity defects are fixed free of charge within 30 days of delivery.
You can see it all on the services page and think through the costs with the guides how much does an app cost and how much does a website cost.
