A website to prepare appeals, petitions and complaints online that a citizen can file alone: you pick the appeal from a menu, see the price right away and the text, ready to sign, arrives within 48 working hours.

Site online. You can see it at www.chiedimiunricorso.com. The services and prices shown are those published in October 2026 and may change. The site is in Italian.

The project

Chiedimi un Ricorso (“Ask Me for an Appeal”) is a website to prepare online the appeals, petitions and complaints that a citizen in Italy can file alone, without a lawyer: traffic fines, administrative penalties, tax demands, consumer complaints (banks, phone, electricity and gas, flights and trains, insurance) and dealings with the public administration.

You pick the appeal you need from a menu, see the price right away, upload your documents and pay online; within 48 working hours of payment the text is ready to sign and can be downloaded from the client area with the instructions to send it. The site is not a law firm and does not follow appeals before judges.

Frequently asked questions

Can I file an appeal without a lawyer?

Yes, for the procedures you file yourself: an appeal to the Prefect against fines, written defences against administrative penalties, self-correction requests, appeals to the Banking and Financial Ombudsman, conciliations, complaints and administrative appeals to the public administration.

How much does an appeal cost?

Every appeal has a clear price before payment: for fines, penalties and tax demands it is calculated on the amount contested. The prices published in October 2026 range from €12.60 to €89.00, VAT included.

What are the deadlines to file an appeal?

According to the site: 60 days from notification for an appeal to the Prefect, 30 days for written defences against administrative penalties, 90 days for an INPS administrative appeal. Always check the deadline for your own case.

Does an appeal guarantee a result?

No: nobody can guarantee the outcome of an appeal. The site says it tells you openly whether your case has valid grounds.

Does the site follow appeals before judges?

No. It does not follow appeals before judges (Justice of the Peace, Court, Tax Court, TAR): in those cases a qualified professional is needed.

Can I have a similar website for my business?

It depends on the features you need. The website packages list what each tier includes and when it is delivered: start there, or write to us describing your idea and we will talk it through.
