Site online. You can see it at www.notonlyfiles.com. The plans, limits and prices shown are those published in October 2026 and may change.
The project
NotOnlyFiles is a web service to send large files privately. The sender uploads the files (up to 30 MB for free, up to 1000 GB with the paid plans), locks them with a passcode, chooses how many days the link stays valid and, if they like, says who should be notified: the recipient receives by email a link that only opens with the passcode.
You do not need to sign up to send and the recipient does not need an account. The sender gets a private owner area, protected by an owner key, where they can see how many times the files were downloaded and erase them before they expire. The site is in English.

The screens
Two screens of the site, as they appear on a computer. The site is in English.
How it works
- Drop the files in
PDFs, photos, footage, archives: any type of file, up to 30 MB per delivery on the free plan.
- Lock it with a passcode
You choose the passcode and how long the link should stay active: 1 to 14 days on the free plan, up to 60 on Business.
- You stay in control
The link reaches the recipient by email. With the owner key you follow the downloads and erase the files whenever you like.
Plans and prices
Sending small files is free and needs no account; the Pro and Business plans are for heavier deliveries and links that last longer.
| Plan | Largest delivery | Monthly quota | Links last up to | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 30 MB | 5 deliveries a day | 14 days | €0 |
| Pro | 200 GB | 200 GB a month | 30 days | €6.99 a month |
| Business | 1000 GB | 1000 GB a month | 60 days | €16.99 a month |
VAT included, prices published in October 2026. Payments with Stripe, monthly renewal, cancel anytime from your account. If you cancel within 14 days you get a refund, minus the share of the service already used.
What the site does
A passcode on every delivery
Only someone with the link and the passcode can open the files. Passcodes are stored as one-way hashes: nobody can read them.
Automatic deletion
Every delivery has an expiry date and, once it passes, the files are erased automatically.
Owner area
With the owner key you see how many times the files were downloaded and when the last download happened, and you can erase them early.
Plans with online payment
Accounts with email and password, monthly Free, Pro and Business subscriptions and payments with Stripe.
What we did
- Graphic design and development of the website, in English, with a colorful style (yellow, cobalt blue and pink) and a mascot shaped like a folder with a padlock.
- File upload with a passcode, an expiry chosen by the sender and automatic deletion.
- Link delivery to the recipient by email and a download page with passcode, single files or one ZIP.
- An owner area with a download counter and early deletion.
- Accounts, Free, Pro and Business plans and payments with Stripe.
- Terms and Privacy pages, cookie consent management, SEO optimization and social previews.
