Website online, just launched. You can see it at www.affittiperstudenti.it. As we write (November 2026) no listings have been published yet; the plans and prices shown are those published in November 2026 and may change. The website is in Italian.
The project
AffittiPerStudenti connects people with a room to rent and students in a university city. Searchers filter by type of accommodation (single room, bed in a shared room, studio flat, entire apartment), city, university, faculty and maximum price, and can also sort results by closeness to the university.
Whoever posts signs up for free, creates the listing with photos and chooses the nearest university and faculty; the listing goes online after the team approves it. For more listings, more photos and more visibility there are Premium plans, paid once by card or PayPal. The website also exists in English at www.affittiperstudenti.com (see its page).

How it works
- Sign up for free
A profile with email and password: needed to post and to manage your own listings.
- Post the listing
Choose the type of accommodation, city, nearest university and faculty, and upload the photos.
- The team approves
Every listing is checked before it goes online, so searchers only find verified listings.
Plans and prices
Posting is free. The paid plans are for those with more rooms to offer or who want to rent faster: more active listings, more photos and more visibility.
| Plan | Active listings | Photos per listing | Also | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Base | 1 | 5 | — | Free |
| Plus | 3 | 10 | Phone number shown, views and contacts statistics | €4.90 for 30 days |
| Pro | 10 | 15 | «Featured» badge, top of the results, priority approval | €9.90 for 30 days |
| Top | 30 | 20 | Homepage showcase and YouTube video in the listing | €19.90 for 30 days |
Prices published in November 2026. One-off payment by card (Stripe) or PayPal, with no automatic renewal: at expiry you go back to the Base plan and your listings stay online. Plus, Pro and Top include the features of the previous plan.
What the website does
Search by city, university and faculty
Filters for type of accommodation, city, university, faculty and maximum price; results can be sorted by price or by closeness to the university.
Approved listings only
Every listing goes through the team's approval before publication; with the Pro and Top plans the review is a priority.
Pages for cities and universities
Pages dedicated to university cities and to the main universities (for example Politecnico di Milano, Bocconi, Sapienza), built to be found on Google.
Premium plans with online payment
Four plans, from Base (free) to Top, paid once by card (Stripe) or PayPal. The website does not store card details.

Want a website like this?
A portal with registration, a personal area, content approval and payments goes beyond a showcase website: it is assessed on the features you need. For a first idea see the website packages (from €1,350) and the quote calculator, or write to us describing your idea and we will talk it through.
