Website online, just launched. You can see it at www.affittiperstudenti.com. As we write (November 2026) no listings have been published yet. The website is in English.
The project
AffittiPerStudenti.com is the English version of the portal (here is the page about the Italian version): «Student accommodation in Italy: rooms and apartments near your university». You search for single rooms, beds, studios and apartments by city, university and faculty, and you post listings that go online after the team approves them.
The language changes, not the method: menus, texts and page addresses are in English, and so are the city names (Milan, Rome, Florence, Turin, Naples, Padua, Genoa, Venice). The language button takes you to the same page in the other version, for example from /premium on the Italian site to /premium on the English one.

The two versions compared
The two versions share the project and the features; what changes is the domain, the language and the page names. The Italian version is at www.affittiperstudenti.it and the English one at www.affittiperstudenti.com.

What the website does
Search in English
The same filters as the Italian version (type of accommodation, city, university, faculty, maximum price, sorting by distance) with translated labels: Single room, Bed in a shared room, Studio flat, Entire apartment.
Translated addresses and names
The page addresses are in English too: search, rent, how-it-works, login, terms. Cities have their English name, universities their official English name.
A link for every page
At the top, the IT/EN button takes you to the matching page of the other version, without going back to the home page.
Premium plans
Base, Plus, Pro and Top, paid once by card (Stripe) or PayPal, with no automatic renewal.
What we did
- Translation of the interface and of the website texts.
- Page addresses and names of cities and universities in English.
- Page-by-page link between the Italian and the English version.
- A dedicated domain for the English version, with social previews in the right language.
- The same features as the Italian version: search, listings with approval, personal area and Premium plans with Stripe and PayPal.
